Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please call our customer service at +91-7982 51 0314 between 9 AM to 6 PM or email us at care@jinogiy.in. If your order has already been shipped, kindly inform our customer service and do not accept the shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Items on Delivery:
    If you receive a package that appears damaged, and upon opening, you find the item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at +91-7982 51 0314 (9 AM – 6 PM) or email us at care@jinogiy.in. Follow these steps to expedite your return:
    • Note the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and on the copy you retain. Make appropriate remarks on the delivery sheet, if applicable. Notify us within 2 days of receipt, providing details of the damage. Include images showing close-ups of the damaged areas.
    Once we receive your communication, we will discuss options for a replacement, refund, or store credit. If you choose a replacement, return the item in its original packaging. Upon receiving and confirming the damage, we will refund the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charge. Note: Replacements for one-of-a-kind or customized items may not be immediately available. We will inform you about the feasibility of creating a new item and the expected timeline.
  2. Incorrect Items Delivered:
    If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us at +91-7982 51 0314 (9 AM – 6 PM) or email us at care@jinogiy.in, and provide the following details:
    • Order number and the items in your order.Invoice number.Consignment number from the courier’s airway bill.
    We will discuss options for a replacement, refund, or store credit. If you choose a replacement, return the incorrect item in its original packaging. Upon receiving and confirming the returned item is in good condition, we will ship the correct item at no extra charge. The return shipping cost will be initially borne by you, and we will refund it once the return is processed.Note: Immediate replacements may not be available for one-of-a-kind or customized items. We will inform you of the feasibility and timeline for creating a new item.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date Jinogify receives the returned goods. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase, whether via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
